Welcome to the Heartsight website (“Heartsight Site” or the “Site”), an online information and communications service provided by the Resuscitation Council US, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity (“Resuscitation Council US” or “RCUS” or “We” or “Us”).

These Terms of Use cover the uses for all of this Site, although additional conditions, restrictions, and policies, posted or referenced on the Site may also apply.

Not intended for minors younger than 18 years of age

The Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. This Site is not directed for use by children under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this Site.


The Resuscitation Council US, Heartsight and other marks indicated on the Site are trademarks owned exclusively by the Resuscitation Council US. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited without prior written consent from us, except in the limited circumstance where it is used for personal and noncommercial use so long as it is not used in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit the Resuscitation Council US or in any manner that may cause confusion among visitors to our Site or is misleading to the public.


All content on this website is the exclusive property of the Resuscitation Council US. Said content includes the Resuscitation Council US’s generated text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

Protecting your account

Some portions of this website permit usernames and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

The Resuscitation Council US grants you (the user) a limited license to access and make personal use of this website.
